Retro challenge - Buttons and/or Brads at Southern Girls Challenge!

Happy Australia Day. I am having a bit of a slack day hence why my post is late... found a great book to read so read half of it this morning.
Anyway, our new challenge at Southern Girls is Buttons and/or Brads (something I think we all have in our craft stash. I personally have an addiction to Buttons and flowers so this was an easy one for me..
We have two wonderful sponsors this challenge

Ppinkydolls

This was my second attempt at colouring this image, I originally coloured the hair but it looked rubbish so decided to leave it as is. I used twinkling H20's to colour the image (something I don't use very often) I created the paper with some digi papers I have in my digi stash, then I added all the embellishments.
It's a nice easy challenge so be sure to join us at Southern Girls challenge. be sure to pop over to he blog to see what the rest of the DT have created...

Hearts and Lace or Anything Goes at Elisabeth Bell's World!!

Well hello and welcome to my first post of 2017... I took a month off due to school holidays here in Australia but now I'm back into the swing of things (albeit a little late as usual)
Our first challenge of the year is a nice easy one - Hearts and Lace /Anything Goes....
I used Spring Peeker which was a freebie I recently received from Elisabeth Bell as I am signed up to her Creative E-book.

I coloured Spring Peeker in with tria markers and fussy cut her out. I went through my paper scrap stash and found these squares that were perfect for the challenge. I added the lace down the bottom and I found the heart charm and brad in amongst all my embellishments.
I hope that you can join us this month for our Elisabeth Bell challenge. remember that you can use any Elisabeth Bell image in your crafty stash.
Head on over to the Elisabeth Bell's World Challenge blog for all the challenge and prize details
