Elisabeth Bell's Digi release and Blog Hop!

 Anna and Puppy Surprise

I coloured Anna and Puppy Surprise in with tria markers and flicked a brown glitter pen through her hair. I die cut the banners and the oval , then added the buttons and ribbon.

Girly Theme at Southern Girls Challenge!

A new challenge has started over at The Southern Girls challenge and this fortnight our challenge is a Girly Theme. Easy one I know.... cos most of us make girly cards most of the time.

I used Sincerely Yours and  Tobey Groom 2 from Crafty Sentiments. I forgot to take a photo of the inside but there really wasn't a lot to see. Anyway I made this book card for my sisters wedding and put money in it for the Wishing Well. I coloured the images in with tria markers. The background digi paper was from Polka Doodles as was the sentiment. I then just added the heart charms, the ribbon to tie it up and some kindygltiz for some sparkle. I also added some crystal effects to the big red heart so that it stood out..

Pretty in Pink at Elisabeth Bell's World!

Wow, can you believe we are nearing the end of February already! How quickly time flies. It is indeed time for a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World and this month we want to see your "Pretty in Pink"creations. This month we are sponsored by Elphine House and there are two gorgeous stamps being offered as a prize.

I used the sweet "Rosebud" from Lissybee Stamps one of Elisabeth Bell's sweet new images. I absolutely love colouring Elisabeth Bell's images, it's like bringing them to life... I coloured Rosebud in with tria markers and added some kindyglitz to the flowers in her hair. I used a digi paper from Polka Doodles, added some ribbon, then die cut some flowers and butterflies. To finish off I added some buttons and rhinestones.

I used this friends word and meaning from Bugaboo. I printed it directly onto the digi paper, then reprinted it , coloured it then layered the F, I and N. I then added rhinestones to the flowers on the paper, and kindyglitz to the letters. I really loved the way it turned out better than expected...

I used the pre-coloured image and the matching backing paper. I added the die cut flowers, rhinestones and added the crystal effects to the cow so that the cow stood out! I hope that you will join us this week at Craft Your Passion.

Rachel, Little Angel!

It's my turn to post on the Digi Bell's Blog and today I've used Rachel, Little Angel  from Elisabeth Bell's digital collection.

I found these embossed pieces of cardstock at work and thought they'd be perfect for cards. I rubbed chalk over the embossed part of the cardstock, then added kindyglitz and rhinestones. I coloured Rachel, Little Angel in with tria markers and added kindyglitz to her wings. I then just added the ribbon.

and I chose to use Cartoon Illustration of a Running Stegosaurus.

I coloured Running Stegosaurus in with Tria markers, then cut him out. I used papers from my scrap stash, added the button and ribbon and finished it off with the sentiment.

My son has decided he wants this card for his birthday in November. Lol.
