I coloured Breezy Going in with tria markers. The papers I have used are from Bo Bunny and the flowers were made from the same paper. I then just added the raffia, buttons and rhinestones!! I also distressed around all paper edges with walnut stain distress ink!!

Buttons and Bows at CYP!

Hopefully this posts as scheduled as I'm away for a couple of days visiting with a friend and her family!!
Time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and this week we would love to see your creations with buttons and bows on them!!! I used this image - Betsy - from the The Stamp Fairy and I really wasn't sure what I was going to create but on Thursday while picking up my boys from their craft class I found some dies and thought one of them would be perfect to make a card with and boy did it turn out better than I thought it would!!

I coloured both Betsy's in with Tria markers and added some kindy glitz to her bell.. I used chalk to make a cloud background then cut out Summer border die from Memory Box a few times using various colours so I could create the look I wanted!! I added some rhinestones to a  couple of the flowers and only stuck the bottom of the border so the flowers could sit out a bit!! I put the cows amongst the flowers, then to finish the card I added the ribbon, found some butterfly buttons in my stash, plus added a few extra buttons down the bottom then added the SU sentiment and put rhinestones under that!! This will be perfect for my Auntie who loves cows but her birthday isn't until July next year..:) At least I'll be prepared!!!
That's it from me but head on over to the CYP blog to check out what the rest of the DT have created and to see who our fabulous sponsors are this week!!!
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
* Fun with Shapes and More - Include an animal
* Pattie's Creations - Anything Goes
* Ruby's rainbow - BINGO ( bottom line)

Introducing "Little Miss Mouse" by Elisabeth Bell!!

Can you believe another month has passed!! I know I say this every year but boy does the year disappear quickly!!
But we are here to do a Digi Bell's Blog Hop and to introduce you to Elisabeth Bell's latest little sweetheart... So let's hop to it!! If you have arrived here from Janneke's blog where you saw her jaw dropping creation then you are in the right spot!! If you have just stopped by to visit and would like to join in on the hop for a chance to win the latest Elisabeth Bell image then head to the Digi Bell's blog and start at the beginning where you will find the order of the hop and the prize on offer!!
Well seeing as I'm at the end of the hop then you have already been introduced to "Little Miss Mouse" (which you can get right now from Elisabeth Bell's digital collection )so I will just show you what I created with her.
I loved colouring this sweet image, so many things I could 3D and bring the image to life!! I coloured her in with tria markers, then added kindyglitz to her wings and crystal effects to the spots on the mushroom!!. I added some rhinestones and pearls to the middle of the flowers also! I inked around the edge of the image with pink chak ink! To assemble the card I used yellow card as my base. I then found some pink and purple papers in my scrap stash!! To highlight the spots on the pink paper I added kindyglitz!! I added ribbon behind the image criss crossed, then added all the embellishments - flowers, die cut flourishes, buttons, butterfly, rhinestones and the dragonfly charm tied with ribbon that I coloured purple!! And to finish it off I added the SU seniment!! I do wish that I had of taken a photo side on so that you could see everything popping up!!!

BOO....

...it's halloween time at Craft Your Passion Kids!!  Logan used Ghost from this months sponsor Digital Delights...
Logan used some papers from my scrap stash.. Coloured in Ghost with his markers and left the ghost white cos  as he said "ghosts are white!" LOL... he then went through my embellishments drawer and found a  skull and bones chipboard shape which he left uncoloured, some buttons, a felt star and the spiderweb ribbon... He then asked mt to look for a Halloween stamp so I found this one on a kids site but forgot to write down the name of it!!   And the flower was an added extra when we went outside and took a photo. Who was I to say anything, after all it's Logan's creation!!!

A Sketch with Sassy Studio Designs

Time for a new sketch at Seems a little Sketchy!!! This fortnight we are sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs!! I used this SSD image - Lager Pin Up which I have had for ages and never had the chance to colour up!!
I rotated the sketch around 90 degrees  anti clockwise. I coloured Lager Pin Up with Tria markers and you can't really see it but the beer mug has crystal effects all over it to give it a glass look.  The papers are all from my scraps stash and  kept the embellishments to a minimum..

Now this is for a male friend of mine do you think it's too girly??? Would love to know your opinion because if you don't think it's right for a bloke then I won't give it to him!! Thanks in advance!

BINGO at Craft Your Passion!!

Another week and another challenge here at Craft Your Passion!! Thanks for joining us last week for our Blast from the Past challenge!! We had so many beautiful entries..
For this weeks challenge we would you love to play some BINGO with us!! So choose a row of three and let your creativity run wild!!  We are being sposored by The Paper Shelter this challenge and I used the three images we were kindly given to create with!!
I had a great time making these but almost forgot I had to make them using the BINGO board!! In fact I did forget and after I'd finished all the cards I had to go back and make a few adjustments..:)
OH well, only a minor issue!! Anyway, here are my cards!!

Right line down - yellow, border punch, buttons
This is Happy Times - Baseball and I coloured him in with Tria markers. I followed the Sketch Saturday sketch for some inspiratio. nI used a  yellow card base, used a border punch on the blue CS then added some Kaszazz paper. I then just added the baseballs, the sentiment and the star buttons!!

Middle line down - bling, ribbon, distress!!
This is Learning is Fun and she is coloured in with Tria markers. You can't see it but I used a burgundy coloured CS as a base then added the two Sb papers.. The bottom one is from Kaszazz and the top one is from Basic Grey! I distressed around the edges with aged mahogany and chipped sapphire distress ink. I also distressed around the blue cardstock that the image is on with  distressing tool!!  I added the ribbon which is from SU then finished off the card with some rhinestones.

Middle line across - Pink, ribbon, border punch
This is Magic Bubble Bath and she is coloured in with Tria markers. I coloured an extra pair of wings and added kindyglitz so that theu were 3D and also coloured up an extra jug and soap and stuck on foam mount! This picture looks crooked doesn't it.. bad photography I think, not bad assembly..LOL!! Anyway, the SB paper is from Kaisercraft, I punched out a border, then went crazy with embellishments - ribbon, die cut flourish, flowers, rhinestones and buttons. And to give the bubbles a bit more of an effect I covered them all with crystal effects!! Oh and I did some faux stitching around the edge of the pink card stock but you can't really see it!!

Well that it's from me, don't forget to head on over to the CYP blog to check out the rest of the creations from the DT!
