Anything Goes at Southern Girls Challenge!

I'm a bit late with this post so I apologise.. I'm in holiday mode already I think. I took my boys into the city today to see Santa and check out a Smurf exhibition which was fun.
Anyway, this is our last challenge of the year at Southern Girls Challenge so we have made it an easy one - Anything Goes. Our sponsor is

I coloured up 3 Little Christmas Girls from All Dressed Up with tria mrkers and added some rock candy stickles to the santa hat. I decided to go with the non traditional colours for this image as I love the Kaisercraft paper I bought quite a number of years ago. Not sure where I got the charms from (perhaps a craft show ) but I do love them. I used a die for the music notes then just added some little buttons... This will be my last post before Christmas so I would like to wish you all a very Safe and Happy Christmas. Thanks for continuing to follow my blog when at times I don't do much.. I am hoping to be a better blogger next year but let's just see how I go.. lol
I hope you can join us at SGC for our final challenge of the year.

Home Baked Christmas

So as you know we are sharing recipe ideas and this is mine

I made this quite late last night so did not notice through bleary eyes the ingredients list is not perfectly inline... So I apologise. I must confess that this is not a recipe I have tried yet but I really want to so thought if I made a recipe card I would :)  Edited to say The cocoa should have been omitted and Your Inspiration at Home chocolate raspberry Truffle powder added instead..

Home baked Christmas was once a Whiff of Joy stamp but is now available from Elisabeth Bell's Digital collection.
It is time to go and check out the next yummy recipe at our Guest Designers blog Karina.
Remember if you get lost head on back to The Digi Bell's Blog.

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

It is time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and this week our sponsor is
Crafty Sentiments Designs

I haven't joined in many challenges lately at CYP for various reasons so I decided to create two cards for this challenge as it's my last for the year.

For both cards I coloured the images in with tria markers, twinkling H20's and glitter. I used embossing on both cards, inked around the images, then added all the embellishments..
I hope that you can join us this week at CYP.

Christmas Time at Elisabeth Bell's World!

We are only a month out from Christmas, can you believe it... And that time will no doubt fly by.
It is time for a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World and because it is nearly Christmas we have decided to combine Nov and December challenges so you have 2 months to enter....

Due to only just getting a printer this card was made fairly quickly so it is CAS. Elisabeth Bell recently sent this image out Gingerbread Man corner as a freebie (because I have signed up to her Free Creative E-book. So I decided to create a frame with the image, I coloured it with tria markers and glitter pens then just added the sentiment.
I hope that you will join us for our extended challenge.

Anything Goes at Southern Girls Challenge!

Wow, I can't believe it's been a month not posting here... I have not had a printer for the last month so I have not done a lot of crafting. To be honest it has been nice to have a bit of a break... I do love crating but I have felt a bit overwhelmed this year working full time and trying to keep up with DT commitments.. But I still love doing what I do so I have a new system in place for next year so that I can keep on top of things..
So it is time for a new challenge at Southern Girls Challenge and it's a nice easy theme.. Anything Goes. Our sponsors this week are

Due to having no printer I could not use a sponsors image so I created a card without an image

I created the background with colour bursts, embossing powder, stencils and ink.. I coloured white flowers with colour bursts also and spritzed them with glitter. I added the pin then embossed the chipboard DREAM.
I hope that you can join us this fortnight at SGC

Foam Dots at Southern Girls Challenge!

Time for a new challenge at SGC and our challenge for you is to use Foam Dots ( a nice easy one) We are sponsored by

JSS

I must apologise for not using my Stamps by Julia Spiri image that I was kindly given to work with because my printer is out of action. So I made a card using no image.
Now my card does not look like I have used foam dots but the background patterned paper that I created  using stamps and colour burst is on foam dots mounted on the card base. The word Dad was cut out on my Brother Scan n Cut on Jac paper and then put sparkle n soft on top...
I hoe that you will join us this fortnight at Southern Girls Challenge.

Autumn or Halloween at Elisabeth Bell's World!!

A new challenge has started at Elisabeth Bell's World and this month our theme is Autumn or Halloween..

I decided to go with the Halloween theme for this challenge.. not something we really celebrate here in Australia but none the less it's fun to create for the occasion. Due to some issues with my printer I actually recycled a lot of this card. The image (Little Witch with Broom previously released through Belles n Whistles but now a digi image in Elisabeth Bell's digi collection) is coloured in with tria markers. The background papers are digital as are some of the embellishments.
I hope that you can join us this month at Elisabeth Bell's World. Don't forget that the Digi Bell's blog hop is currently on.. Go check out the line up and prizes up for grabs this month.

I made this card for my sister to give to someone... the image is pre-coloured and i created the background with stencils and distress inks. i then just added the buttons, raffi and ribbon to complete the card!

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

I am totally out of whack with all my DT committments so I apologise to my teamies for this being a bit late (AGAIN). I have decided to get a new system going to keep me on track of all my committments so we'll see how that works..
It is time for a new challenge at Craft your Passion and as always the themes is Anything Goes. Our sponsor this week is
Little Blue Button Stamps

I used Sunny with Umbrella and due to my lateness decided to just add a splash of colour. I die cut the Happy Birthday and just added the stars to finish off the card...
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion.

I created a tag using distress inks and a flourish stamp, coloured I love you this much in with tria markers  then attached it to a card and added some die cuts to frame it... Another simple card.

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

A new challenge has started over at Craft Your Passion and as always the challenge is Anything Goes. This week we are sponsored by

I used Bundle of Dreams from Sami Stamps and coloured it up with tria markers. My brother and his partner have just found out they are having a girl so I decided to colour this image up in pink. The sentiment is a rub-on and I added some embellishments.
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion.

Buttons and Bows at Elisabeth Bell's World!

A new challenge has started at Elisabeth Bell's World and this month we would like to see your creations featuring an Elisabeth Bell image and some buttons and bows. As always there is a fabulous prize if you join in our challenge...

The Digi Bell's Blog Hop featuring Elisabeth Bell's newest digi!!

It is that time of the month again where we get to create with and introduce you to Elisabeth Bell's newest addition to the digi family.... You should have arrived here from Gina's blog but if you are a bit lost be sure to head on over to The Digi Bell's blog so that you can stop by all the Digi Bell's blogs for your chance to win a fabulous prize.

So by now you have met the adorable
Apple Blossom and Milkshake Baking
which were previously released with Whiff of Joy
This adorable image reminded me a little bit like Punky Brewster so I decided to make her colourful. Found the fab background paper and just went crazy with the colours then just added a couple of embellishments.
Well that is all from me but be sure to continue hopping over to Fiki's blog.
Enjoy the rest of the hop.
Remember that this adorable image is now available in Elisabeth Bell's Digital collection.

Em Jay!

It is my turn to post a card over at The Digi Bell's (I am actually a day late) (and getting quite late here).. It's school holidays here in Oz and I thought I'd enjoy the first couple of days by getting creative and crafty but a mouse changed all that.... We lost our beloved cat a little while ago and have discovered she was keeping a mice problem at bay. So have spent today cleaning out my son's room where the mice seem to be living..  So I have only just created this card and once again kept it clean and simple (which seems to be my style these days...)
I have used Em Jay from Elisabeth Bell's Digital collection.
I already had the sentiment stamped out so I used that as my background, used pink as my base and added the green colour  for a bit of contrast. Then I just added a few embellishments to finish it off.

Hydrangea Baby!

It is my turn to post over on The Digi Bell's Blog... I saw this gorgeous but simple card on the internet the other week and decided to give it a go... So I created this card using a freebie (Hydrangea Baby) I received when I signed up to Elisabeth Bell's Creative E-book.

To create my card I used a border punch on the side of the white card stock. I then punched out butterflies and stuck them all down flat then added the ribbon. I punched out an extra butterfly to give the card a bit of dimension. Added some liquid pearls to the butterflies and added the adorable Hydrangea Baby image which I coloured in with tria markers, then added some liquid pearls.
I am not to sure what I will use this card for so I have not put a sentiment on it.

Anything Goes at Southern Girls Challenge!

Wow, time is certainly flying... Time to fly into a new challenge at Southern Girls... It is an Anything Goes theme this fortnight and we are sponsored by

RSD

We were able to choose an image to create with and I chose Clockwork Dragon

I am now sure that my colouring is how I envisioned it but it looks ok all the same. I actually used twinkling H20's which I have not used for ages. I created the background using distress inks and stencils. I then added ribbon and the chipboard and metal cogs.  Perfect for a male card.. Something I don't make very often.
I hope that you can join  us this fortnight at Southern Girls challenge

Always Anything Goes at Craft Your Passion!

It is time for a new challenge a Craft Your Passion and this week we are sponsored by

Fabrika Fantasy

I used Flying Pegasus from Fabrika Fantasy. I used the pre-coloured image and added kindyglitz to the wings. I created my own background using some new goodies from Paperific.. I used colour burst crystals and a new stamp from deep red. I also coloured the stars with the colour burst crystals. I then sprayed the whole card with smooch spritz.
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion.
