Trick or Treat, Trick or Treat, We want Something Nice to Eat!

It is time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and as it's only a few days away from Halloween our challenge for you is "Trick or Treat, Give Me Something Nice to Eat". So we would like to see Halloween themed creations with sweet treats/food on them.
We have a fabulous sponsor this week who allowed us to create with some cute Halloween images
Aurora Wings

This is another recycled Halloween card! I coloured the image in with tria markers, then added kindyglitz to all the yummy lollies, apple and stripe on the cat's hat. I also added crystal effects to the pumpkin. I added the spider ribbon to the green embossed cardstock, then added the buttons and twine!
I hope that you are able to join us this week at Craft Your Passion!

Elisabeth Bell's World October/November Challenge - Favourite Colour Combo!

Another month down and another month closer to 2015.. Scary..
It is time for a new challenge at Elisabeth Bell's World and this month we are looking forward to seeing your "Favourite Colour Combo". There is a fabulous prize on offer as always so why not head on over to the Elisabeth Bell's World challenge blog for all the details and to see what the rest of the DT have created with their Favourite Colour Combo.
Now I do have a confession to make.... I thought this challenge was make it colourful... Not sure if it was changed along the way or I just read it wrong. Anyway, so this may  not be my favourite colour combo but I actually do like it and it may become my favourite. I found this paper at Kinder while tidying up the store room and thought it perfect for what I had in mind for my card! I coloured Cinnamon Sugar (by Elisabeth Bell from Whimsy Stamps) in with tria markers.... I decided to go a bit crazy and colour her hair in blue and pink. I used a border punch around the edges, added some twine, some pearls and made a tag with the Happy Birthday sentiment. I finished it off with some kindyglitz for some sparkle!
I hope that you will join us this month for our Favourite Colour Combo challenge! Remember that you can use any Elisabeth bell image from any of the wonderful companies she designs for. Just be sure to link back to the store the image is from!

Sketch 76 at Seems a Little Sketchy!

Time for a new challenge at Seems a Little Sketchy and this week we had some fun images to create with from our fabulous sponsor

Here is this fortnights sketch

and here is my take on the sketch
I used  two little fairies and used the colours from the washi tape I used. I coloured the images in with tria markers and added glitter their wings and wands. I also added glitter to the pink striped washi tape. I then just added some buttons to finish it off.
I hope that you will join us this fortnight at Seems a Little Sketchy!

Time for BINGO at Craft Your Passion!

This is the third attempt to get this posted so hopefully it looks ok now...
It is time for a new challenge at Craft Your Passion and this week we have a BINGO board for you to follow. So pick a row and join in the fun.

We have a new sponsor this week who gave us a couple of images and sentiments to use.

And here is my card:
I followed the BINGO Board diagonally (recycle, image and die cuts)
This card was quick to put together as I recycled the card! I have so many halloween cards that just sit in a box because we don't celebrate Halloween here so I decided rather than make another card I would just recycle one. I coloured the images in with tria markers and put them on the die cut oval. I changed the sentiment that was originally on the card and the rest I left as it was.
I hope that you can join us for a game of BINGO this week at Craft Your Passion.

Getting Wordy On It at Southern Girls challenge!

It is time for a new challenge at Southern Girls challenge and our theme this week is "Getting Wordy On" it so we want to see words somewhere on your project. We have some fabulous sponsors this challenge:

I used Ginger set from Dilly Beans and here is what I created:
I know I have been creating a few black and white images with a pop of colour but I do like the look of them and this one is no exception. I created the background paper using the words and xo's from the Ginger set, which I mounted on black and red card stock. I coloured the Ginger in with tria markers and glitter pens, then also mounted her on black and red cardstock. The heart embellishments were also part of the Ginger Set, then I finished it off with a couple of buttons.
I hope that you can join us over the next 3 weeks at Southern Girls Challenge.
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
* Inky Impressions - Anything Goes
* Paper Pretties - Friendship
* Creative Card Crew - Use Black Cardstock
* Glitter and Sparkle - Include some Black and White
* Whimsy Stamps - Anything Goes

Where There's Hope at Craft Your Passion!

Hello and welcome to a new challenge at Craft Your Passion. This week our theme is Where There's Hope (so anything with a hope, love, encouragement theme.)
We are sponsored by

I decided to keep this CAS so that the image could speak for itself. I coloured the flowers in with tria markers. I mmounted the image onto black cardstock, then I added the buttons and the sentiments.
I hope that you can join us this week at Craft Your Passion!

Little Rapunzel!

It is my turn to  post over on The Digi Bell's blog and today I am sharing a card using one of my favourite Elisabeth bell digi images Little Rapunzel. I haven't coloured her up for awhile so it was nice to create with her again.
I already had the flower and sentiment stamped in my scrap stash so decided that Little Rapunzel would be perfect with it. I coloured her in with tria markers. I then just added the pearls!.
Thanks for stopping by.. It's nearly time for another Digi Bell's Blog hop featuring a new Elisabeth Bell digi so be sure to stop by on Friday for the new release and each day at The Digi Bell's Blog for more inspiration from the DT using Elisabeth Bell's digi images

Seems a Little Sketchy!

A new challenge has started at Seems a Little Sketchy and this week we are sponsored by

Here is this weeks sketch

And here is my take on the sketch

I was not feeling great when making this card so I do apologise. I coloured the image in with tria markers, then just die cut the image out then added the clear droplets. I did mean to add some stickles to his little show hat but forgot! I will get back into the swing of thins this week... I am starting to feeling a little better after another visit to the doctors and more medication to take!
I hope that you will join us this fortnight at Seems a Little Sketchy.

Little Best Friends at The Digi Bell's!

It is my turn to post over on The Digi Bell's blog (acouple of hours early). I recently got a new ink pad so decided today I would do some experiemnting with the ink and photo paper and came up with this design.
I have used Little Best Friends from Elisabeth Bell's digi collection. I wanted the image to stand out so decided to only add a couple of embellishments. That base card stock is white but looks a tinge pink doesn't it!!!
Sorry for the short post but have had a chest infection the past week which I can't seem to shake and it really is knocking me about. Hopefully I am feeling better soon!
Thanks for stopping by
