Wanted to do this for awhile!!!

I have been looking at loads of blogs over the past week or two and have seen a lot of white cards with just one or two colours added to the image!! They looked amazing, so last night I decided to try my hand  at one and WOW!! I just love how it turned out!! So crisp and clean. i'll be definitely making more like this that's for sure!! So I used the sketch from The Outlawz -wednesday sketch Challenge and I pretty much followed it to a T although I used rhinestones instead of buttons. :)

To make the card I used plain white cardstock, cuttlebug embossing folders, rhinestones, brads, flower punch, and coloured the Sarah Kaye image in with watercolour pencils. I also added some kindyglitz just for some sparkle but yet again you can't really see it!!

    Alethea this looks adorable. I love your coluring and the birds with the hint of blue. I was trying a white card too last night but I am back to square one, thanks for the inspiration.I love the way you have used your embossing folders to add different points of interest.

    oh this is beautiful. Yup, gotta love a white CAS card. Gorgeous. Oh and yes, linking and writing up blog posts is soooo time consuming.. some days I wish I could just throw up the picture of the card and be done, lol. But I don't stress over it, which is why I may not post every day.
