Flower Power at Craft Your Passion

Hello, it's a beautiful sunny day here in Melbourne, so the washing is out, the doors are open and th spring cleaning can be completed! Of course that is after i get my posts done...LOL!!
So today is a new week and a new challenge at Craft Your Passion!! Our challenge this week is Flower Power, so we would like to see a flower or flowers IN your image. We are being sponsored by Delicious Doodles this time around and I used Girl smelling flowers to create my card!!!

I kept this card fairly simple cos I wanted the image to be the main part of the card!!! I coloured it in with Tria Markers and added glitter pen highlights to the  poppies and kindyglitz to the middle of all the flowers!! I then just added some embellishments to finish off the card including rhinestones, ribbon, flowers and diecut butterflies and flourishes. I finished off the card with the thinking of you sentiment from Stampin Up.

    Love the bright colours in your image and the embellies. The background provides a lovely frame for thiscute image and the butterflies and buttons are sweet details.

    I especially like the strong primary colors you chose! And if I remember right, those flowers in the front must have been added... that is a great touch for that image!
